We Are A Whole Body
Usually = prostate and urogenital areas. Our discussion and information will be more broadly based as well as specific. I will give some of my experiences in dealing with challenges here as well as embrace the body as a whole.
Firstly, let me explain a little as to why I am interested to share what I have learned so far, that is, and has been, helpful to me.
I had my first teeth extracted under anesthetic before I was 2 years old; pneumonia at about 5 years of age; tonsils and adenoids went west a couple of years later; appendix near to bursting were snipped out at 16. I experienced many years of seemingly improper digestion. My father had major hypertension and I observed him having many side effects with the first batches of drugs in the early 50’s. Mother experienced dementia for a number of years prior to passing on. My younger brother was diagnosed with prostate cancer and spent an agonizing 18 months or so before loosing off his mortal coil.
Now, the above experiences sort of, and I will say eventually, got my attention. I began to think, just maybe, there were some other options for health, longevity and living with a greater quality of life.
There is no one particular aspect that has any more importance than the others. Our physical, mental, emotional, environmental, beliefs and attitude all have a part to play. There are those who believe that we are made up of separate bits and these are to be treated separately. My experience and commonsense research says that we have a whole body and this needs to be taken into account with any observations or assessments. The person who is angry and has liver problems may need to find out what is going on with the anger and resolving this may allow the liver to heal.
As with all things in physical reality we will find the evidence to support our beliefs. I have done my best to deal with this limitation.
This is a firm disclaimer: before embarking on any action from the information that is or will be discussed on this site please consult with your medical professional. Your particular circumstances with be unique to you. This needs to be taken into account.
It has taken me many years to reach some of my conclusions and these may change tomorrow if and when further information comes to hand.
There is much misleading and erroneous information around. You are urged to do your own due diligent research and please do not just believe me or anyone else. Your own observation of you is the most powerful. Although you will glean some of my beliefs as we go on, they are helpful to me, period, and may not be to you. You have many more options for gaining, regaining and maintaining your health and well-being than you may think.
